Join the GW Resiliency and Well-being Center for a Women's Well-being Lecture Series talk at 12 p.m. ET on February 26, 2027, on “Transitions & Women” with psychotherapist Mary Wells Pope, a licensed professional counselor, MA, LPC, who specializes in treating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and relationship issues, and helping clients attain emotional regulation and life balance.
She uses mindfulness and body-centered psychotherapy, as well as imaginal and dream work, to help clients resolve internal conflicts and attend to current concerns. She teaches stress management and communication skills, grounding practices, and mindfulness strategies to help reframe the challenges of everyday life.
