Registration is now open for Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR):  Learn to manage everyday stress, chronic pain, and illness more effectively during an 8-week workshop taught online via Zoom on Wednesdays by Cynthia Powell, MA, CHWC, IWLC, of the GW Center for Integrative Medicine.  After the orientation session, participants will meet for 2.5 hours once a week with one all day retreat.
