Registration is now open for Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR): Learn to manage everyday stress, chronic pain, and illness more effectively during an 8-week workshop taught online via Zoom on Wednesdays by GW's Nina Paul through the GW Center for Integrative Medicine. After the orientation session, participants will meet for 2.5 hours once a week with one all day retreat.
