Join the GW Resiliency and Well-being Center for a Women's Well-being Lecture Series talk at 12 p.m. ET on Friday, March 13, 2026, on “Restoring Balance: Integrative Sleep Medicine for Women’s Whole-Person Health" with Nishi Bhopal, MD, a triple board-certified psychiatrist, Sleep Medicine physician, and Integrative Medicine specialist. She is also the founder of Pacific Integrative Psychiatry.

Dr. Bhopal's philosophy centers on a whole-person approach that combines evidence-based Western medicine with Eastern practices. She uses a whole-person approach to sleep issues, anxiety, and burnout, particularly for high-performers, entrepreneurs, and executives. She integrates various disciplines, including nutrition, behavioral coaching (like CBT-i), mindset coaching, yoga, and medication, to create personalized treatment plans.

The Women's Well-being Lecture Series is supported by the Rosemary Bowes, PhD, Women's Mental Health Fund. Watch previous lectures on YouTube. Learn more about the GW Women's Well-being Initiative.
