Our emotional health influences the way we respond to changes and transitions, yet accessing mental health support can, at times, feel burdensome and challenging.

Textcoach is a text therapy option through GW's Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  When you sign up for Textcoach, you will immediately initiate five weeks of text therapy sessions to be used within a 120-day window. Your five weeks do not need to be consecutive weeks. A “session” generally equals one week of Textcoach access to send unlimited messages to your therapist, who will respond once or twice a day. It is recommended you do not register until you are actively seeking to engage with a therapist.

Textcoach is a text-based platform that offers a form of mental health support. It allows users to connect with licensed mental health professionals through text, voice notes, and video resources. Essentially, it provides a convenient and accessible way to get support for various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, or burnout, via messaging on their mobile or desktop devices.
